You will receive information about the provisional assignment of a school place by March 5th, 2024. After this confirmation, an enrollment fee of €95 must be paid.
Students whose first preference cannot be fulfilled can change their alternate preferences at the first preference school. In a so-called second procedure, these preferences will then be reviewed. The receiving school will communicate the results to the respective parents on April 9th, 2024.
The school place will be confirmed by submitting the annual report card to the receiving school with us on Friday, July 5th, 2024, from 1 to 3 p.m.
The school registration for the International School for foreign students is possible until June 2024.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR REGISTRATION
- Original school report with the completed ranking form on the back
- Written explanation of the school report from primary school (for Gymnasium and International School)
- Registration form
- Parents' motivational letter for choosing the school (for International School)
The ranking is based on the grades of the semester report.
The provisionally assigned school place is binding and subject to fulfilling the legal admission requirements in the annual report card.
